How much does a new AC or furnace cost?

It depends on the size of your home, efficiency level you choose, and any ductwork that needs to change. Most residential AC replacements range from $4,500–$9,000 installed. Furnaces are typically $3,500–$7,000 installed. We give free in-home estimates so you know exactly what you're paying before any work starts.

How long does a furnace or AC last in Utah?

A well-maintained furnace lasts 15–20 years. ACs typically last 12–17 years in Utah's climate. Heat pumps land somewhere in between. The biggest factor is maintenance — annual tune-ups can add 5+ years to system life. Hard water and heavy use shorten lifespans.
